Tylosin-50 Injection is a sterile, pale yellow, clear solution of tylosin base in 50% propylene glycol with 4% benzyl alcohol and purified water. Each mL contains 50 mg of tylosin activity(as tylosin base).
Indications:Beef cattle , non-lactating dairy cattle, swine :
Infectious diseases due to germs sensitive to Tylosin (see leaflet inside).
Dosage and Administration: :Tylosin-50 Injection is administered intramuscularly.
Beef cattle and non-lactating dairy cattle: Inject intramuscularly 17.6 mg per kilogram of body weight once a day (1 mL per 2.84 kilograms) .Treatment should be continued for 24 hours after symptoms of the disease have been disappeared , do not treat exceeding 5 days. Do not inject more than 10 mL per injection site. This formulation is recommended for use in calves weighing less than 100 kilograms.
Swine: Inject intramuscularly 8.8 mg per kilogram of body weight twice a day (1 mL per 5.7 kilograms) . Treatment should be continued for 24 hours after symptoms of the disease have been disappeared , do not treat exceeding 3 days. Do not inject more than 5 mL per injection site.
Warning(s): For animal use only . Keep out of the reach of children .Discontinue use in cattle 21 days before slaughter . Discontinue use in swine 14 days before slaughter .Do not use in lactating dairy cattle .
Store at 22℃ (72℉) or below .
